Carmina sat on a big armed chair by the window of the Aaridorn common room. She had a large dusty looking novel in front of her; she was trying to read, but after she read the same paragraph five times and began on the sixth, she realized that she was too distracted. She slammed the book shut, frustrated, and began twisting a long brown lock of hair around her index finger. She looked around the common room; there wasn't a soul in sight,"where the hell is everybody,"she said aloud to herself, a frown adorning her pretty face.

Roxy came down from the girls dorm, rubbing her head. She squinted from the bright sunlight shining through the window, and moaned. "Never again, those damn Kinricks and their parties.." she said to herself, then looked up to see that she wasn't alone. "Oh hey.. didn't see you there.."
Maybe in five or ten yours and mine will meet again Straighten this whole thing out Maybe then honesty need not be feared as a friend or an enemy This is the distance And this is my game face There's really no way to reach me ...'Cause I'm already gone.
