Lexi sneezed as a large cloud of dust burst from inside the cardboard box. On good terms with many of the Professors, she had agreed to stock the shelves with Alchemy ingredients in exchange for a pass to allow her to not do her homework. Although the trade seemed fair, even favorable when she had agreed to it, she was beginning to regret her decision. Her arm over her nose and mouth, she took out her wand and watched as vials of bloody raven eyes neatly lined themselves up on the shelves. When used in potions, they proved to be very useful. Otherwise, they were just gross.
The next box contained newt toes, and she grimaced as the boxes began stacking themselves, under her wand's careful supervision. What she needed most was company, she thought grimly, as one of the boxes skimmed past her ear. So lost in her work, however, she took no notice of the approaching footsteps.

Sharie walked down the staircase and instantly her nose began to itch. She knew what would follow, and all of a sudden she burst out into a fit of sneezes. After they subsided, she walked closer to Lexi to see what she was doing. "Hey Lex. Not doing anything interesting, are you? I'm bored as hell. One of my professors sent me down here to get '10 boxes of severed eel heads,' " Sharie grimaced as she put the note on a nearby box. Before sneezing a few more times, she began to look on the shelves for what the professor wanted her to get.
After looking past goat stomachs, raven eyes, and many other gruesome things she still couldn't locate the eel heads. She looked at Lexi and opened her mouth to speak, "You don't happen to . . . know where they are, do you?"
ooc: sorry for the long wait

Lexi turned at the sound of her friend's voice, and couldn't conceal a grin. She'd been alone for hours, trying to complete the mind-numbing work, and any connection with the world outside the small storage room was more than welcome. It took a few moments to remember how to work her mouth from lack of use, however, so she finished stacking a couple of unmarked, concealed boxes before responding.
"Hey Sharie. Nothing interesting, no. Just stacking a few boxes," she explained. "Watch your head," she added, as she flew a bottle of sheep's blood over her and only a random shelf, having given up on any form of order. There were far too many ingredients to put alphabetically, so she simply hoped that her professor wouldn't mind the dishevled mess.
"And eel heads?" She paused, glacing around the room, before grinning and pointing to the corner opposite of them. "Right at the corner, four shelves from the bottom, in that sickly green colored box." Without another word, she returned to her work, eager to finish; the musty smell was starting to flood her senses and numb her mind, so the sooner she was able to return to the fresh air of the castle, the better.
