Sleepy

Beviria just woke up but still feels a bit hazy.
New school, new surroundings... She still doesn't want to go downstairs so she just grabbed her notebook and started
doodling.

For moments, Tyler couldn't decide whether to knock or not. But finding that there was no other option, he hesitantly knocked on one of the great doors to the girls dormitory anyway. Having the intention of finding someone who was nowhere to be seen at that time, though it didn't matter if she wasn't here right now because he'd just find her later.

He waited as the echo of the hit resounded, wondering if there was someone who'd open the door since he had no right to be where he was.

Startled by the knock on the door, Beviria broke the lead of her pencil. "Oh shoot...". Brushing herself as she stood up, she went to the door to see who knocked.

[Tyler Dias]

Pausing before he thought of striking the door again; someone rushed to the door. As much as he could make out from the sound of muffled footsteps. There was that eye hole but he couldn't see through it and nonetheless peered, amused with his own action and smirking slightly.

As she opened the door, Bev was slightly confused when she saw a young man at the threshold. He almost fell when she opened the door. "What are you doing?"

[Tyler Dias]

"uh..nothing, i was just looking for someone really...but i don't think she's here now, seeing your the only one who opened the door."
Startled, he had to back away a step to avoid tripping over and refrained himself from laughing at it.
"who are you though? don't think i've seen you around."
At this, he knew he wasn't being exactly polite but he was so overwhelmed with the surprise of her presence that he couldn't put his introduction straight.

"Oh..." she replied blankly. Still confused on why the guy infront of her almost fell. "Uhmm... I'm Beviria. Beviria Johnson. I'm new." she said quickly as if regaining consciousness. "and you are...?"

[Tyler Dias]

Fully aware of why he had nearly tripped, he tried not to make any note of it even in his mind because it was almost embarassing and unlike himself.
"Tyler.. i thought you had to be new, school has quite a few new people this year.."
Seeing as she was still somewhat confused, he dismissed things and said carelessly, not even mentioning his full name because according to his ego and reputation; she'd find out about him soon enough without his speaking.

Carrying on before she could say anything more, he thought of making small talk to pass some of the time until hopefully the people or person he was waiting for would arrive.
"how do you like it so far then?"

"Me? good... although i haven't talked to anyone properly yet."
"you're the first one actually..." she confessed.
Realizing that they were still standing by the door, she quickly asked,
"Oh! would you like to come in?"

[Tyler Dias]

"are you sure? i mean...it is your dorm and leading to your room right? i could just stay here, unless of course you got tired of standing here.." Despite saying this, he knew it would probably be better to go in then stand outside raising suspiscion or just causing her weariness of standing.

"i can't be the first person?...but hey, it's a start then and i'm glad i am the first."
Since she had so genuinely confessed, he took his attitude with a turn and smiled at her instead.

"well... you're right... it does lead to my room..." she said sblack personing.
She thought it over a second and realized that it was better if she didnt let her in. She still hasn't finished fixing her things and some of her drawings are still scattered on her table.

"wow." Beveria said in awe. "Didnt realize that you have quite a smile."

[Tyler Dias]

"ok then.." He shrugged simply and thought all they'd have to do was sit if she ever got tired anyway, but that was if they would talk for long and remain with interest.
Her room was private after all and he understood completely while he was wide eyed for a second with what she said, finding himself hopelessly smiling even more because it was enlightening.
"thanks...and you should show me your smile too."

Thinking he was kinda funny, she also smiled.
"You know, you're sort of familiar to me..." Beviria said as if reminiscing.
She was quite sure she had seen him somewhere. But then again, she was still new and didn't know much about the school or anybody.

[Tyler Dias]

"well see, i think you should smile more often.." As she smiled, he nodded slightly, with much approval because he thought it was a pretty site and that she should've done so earlier.
But what surprised him was that she thought he was familiar..
"i probably am...but i wouldn't know, although that couldn't be a bad thing."

He supposed there could've been certain events or something that she could've seen him but was just unsure and he couldn't guess either and tried to think back and find her in his memory if she was there before.

"oh yeah?" she sblack personed. "but, oh well... you might have just looked like someone i know... yeah... that's probably it."
my goodness... i haven't eaten yet! "uhmm... sorry but i gotta go down to eat... I haven't eaten yet, you see." feeling a bit clumsy after that statement, she rushed inside to fix her room, leaving Tyler there with the door open wide.
