In 2003, this county was split between two families. The good ones were the Jacobson's and the evil ones were the McRay's. There was a big feud between them and to this day no one knows what it was about. But a daughter and a son disapeared on the day of the Great change.
The great change was an earthquake. It split the county, creating a giant crack. The son of the Jacobson's had been there at that time and so had the daughter of the McRay's. They disapeared, and their bodies were never found. It is rumored that they ran away together, to escape their fighting families.
Now, I better explain about the Families. Both of the families had powers, but their powers disapeared with the great change. No one ever figured out why their powers disapeared.
Now it is the year 3003, and the crack in the county is closing up. Incidentally, the families powers are coming back and many townspeoples are gaining powers their ancestors never had. The Feud between the families is starting again, and so the county must take sides. Now you choose. GOOD or EVIL?
