Ty climbed the short but steep and winding stairs which led to the balconies above the school's magnificent courtyard. The garden being the one place where all the arrays of colour were shown and flora of all sorts were growing within. From the corner of his eye, he could see that there were creepers curiously, neatly lined and some what arranged to twist around the pillars below. Noticing that they reached all the way up the stone walls.
Some were moss green and some evergreen or bright for variety. He stopped in his walk and admired all this as if he was looking at a photograph, going slowly towards the edge of the balcony and glancing back over his shoulder shortly to ensure that Beviria hadn't gotten lost or simply fazed out by the splendours in front of her. Beautiful things which were now beneath them and being able to be seen clearly. Sure she had said she liked flowers but the sunlight was killing, and he moved to stand in shadow but was smiling faintly in a manner as though he was teasing her. "happy now? or breathtaken?"

"oh......my.......goodness......" she said completely dazed by the beautiful scenery before her face. She was so amazed by the wonderful flowers and green plants before her that she forgot all about the sun and that it was still early morning. As she stepped out the towards the balcony, the sun hit her eyes once more and she hissed again and almost stumbled backward.

Staying in the shadows, he shifted in an instant with unnatural speed that came from instinctive relfexes when she almost stumbled backwards but didn't fall or truly falter in her step. After this, he went back to lean against the pillar while the shade was cooler than where she stood, in glimmering sunlight that he considered something that would burn him more than not. But he didn't blame her for enjoying it, the warmth was nice but day time just was some sort of wrong to him for the most part.
"your goodness? well i'm glad it captivates you. This is just the start of one of the best places around school anyway."

As if on a trance she answered back, "yes it does..." It was really breathtaking. She could see the butterflies fluttering around the garden. "If it wasn't for the sun..." she murmured. She realized that Tyler was hiding near the shaded pillar. She hasn't seen him go any where near the balcony. "Why don't you come here and enjoy the scene with me?"

"i can tell you it's much more entrancing at night, especially before twilight or just at midnight, depends on the sky really but i still would prefer it if we had come then or sometime." There was no doubt she was awed and somehow seemingly dreamy and inspired by the picture before them, speaking to him in a mumur and almost whispy voice.
Without replying, he nearly sighed but held back and literally 'crept' or stepped out of the shade with great reluctance and went to stand next to her, shielding the light from penetrating his eyes with a hand.

"you know, you're right. We could just come back here some other time." "and you didn't need to see the scene with me. I know you have seen this many times before. You could've just rejected my offer." she plainly said when she noticed that Tyler didn't feel like looking at the wonderful scene in the morning. who wants the sun in their eyes anyway? Beviria stepped back a little more to avoid the glowing light of the sun and bowed her head a little which made her long black hair fall down her face.

He had a look of disbelief dawn on him but quickly rolled his eyes, shaking his head slowly and deliberately while he unshielded his eyes and turned away from her to lean out of the balcony alittle. "no, i could've rejected the offer but i didn't so what does that make it? i know i could've seen the scene with someone else but does that matter right now that i am seeing it with you?" His questions didn't need to be answered and he laughed at this, mirthless and coldly because it was in his character to act spontaneously and yet be apathetic or mean at times. It just didn't have to always go that way and he tended to crave the best first impression while she may not know anything that went on in his head. "anyway...you should just enjoy this site because it doesn't always appear this happy and beautiful.." Turning back to her, he was serious then smirked as she backed away alittle to avoid the light and let her dark, lustrous hair that was cascading, block her face from his view.

"I'm sorry if I'm annoying. I'm sorry if I pushed you into this. I'm sorry if, if- if- if I tend to change my mind so often." her voice was edgy and as if she was going to cry.
She wasn't used to talk to guys, that's why she doesn't know how to interact with them. She sniffed and finally said, "I'm going back to my room." Turning away she bid goodbye in manner she had never done before, "Thank you for your time and it was nice meeting you." And she started walking away quite on a fast pace.

"no, no i didn't mean it like that.." He looked at her frantically and almost flailed his hands in protest, then put a hand on his hand, running his fingers through his hair in the process. While she was sounding choked and edgy, he closed his eyes as she walked away before going after her and calling. "please don't cry about it, i don't mean for that...and i'll apologise for it. really.. "
Then he shut his mouth, clamping it before opening it again in frustration and managing words shockingly. He was uncertain of what to say because she had just randomly decided to go as if she was hurt and he didn't know what could be done and only continued curtly. "but as i said, you can go if you like...i can't stop you or anything but it did please me that you paid me company too. I'll bid you fun if you really want to go back now..."

"right." That's all she said, but this time her voice was still edgy even if she uses her usual tone. She seemed to just ignore the stammering Tyler behind her. She didn't want to remember that awful night. She was still afraid. Oh... I completely ruined it... Now he must've think I'm crazy or that he did something wrong! She found her way to the stairs and quickly climbed up to the girl's dormitory.

Furrowing his eyebrows, he stopped in his trail and watched her leave by the stairs, in a blur and great confusion but growing more blank and not knowing what to think. Somewhere inside though, he hoped she didn't really want to cry and would come around later or sometime ....and somewhere, but he believed the wisest choice was to leave her to have some of her calming down time. It would probably only escalate to some other strange result if he followed her or even tried to make things 'right'? what whatever was right seemed far fetched to him and wasn't coming. If anyone was to come across him while he was rooted, they'd probably be able to rescue him from being so tortured with being lost. For once...

Lexi wandered into the courtyard, humming quietly to herself as she enjoyed the day. The sunlight was blinding, of course, but it made the temperature perfect for a stroll. She spotted a boy looking lost, and smiled slightly to herself, making her way over to him. "Hey, is everything alright...?" she asked once she had gotten close enough, her eyes now filled with concern. He really did look confused, more so than she had ever seen people look.
ooc- yeah, my mum wants to have lunch first.. lol

He would've gaped at her if he hadn't had some tiny voice in his subconscience tell him that someone was talking to him and that he was still sane. Not out of this world and having a real need to be brought back to reality, shaken or 'done' with anything from being completely blown away with the event.
"i...no...well, i was just talking to someone and....do i look really puzzled or something? It's that bad?" As she looked at him, this girl he hadn't ever met before, he started having queries with himself and the way he acted. Self conscious to a degree that was unimaginable and for odd reasons he didn't know existed before this day. Shaking his head and avoiding her pretty but concerned face, he looked away to take a breath and then exhaled before chuckling for the true and forever kept disbelief of the moment. His proper self hit him like a brick in the head and he snapped up and looked at her, blinking but smiling courageously to dismiss his silliness. "sorry about that...i'm really just dazed right now, but i'm getting over it. You came at just the right time. This does help...so... may i know your name? and I'm Tyler."
With that, some introduction he seemed to be content with and not have time to really reconsider, he took his hand away from resting behind his hand and messing his hair up funnily and roughly. Pondering whether he should just shake her hand or that it wasn't necessary to be so formal now that she had seen him in his worst state. The one where he wasn't most confident and sure of himself, one which he regarded as pathetic. Eventually, he concluded that he was thinking too much and needed to relax a bit.

Lexi looked over at him, studying his actions and overall appearance. He looked outgoing enough, from the way he smiled at her to the way he continued their conversation. Most of the people she had met backed off slightly at her bold ways, but he seemed fine with it. For now, anyway.
"Nice to meet you Tyler. I'm Lexi." She was debating whether to offer her hand after her introduction but immediately decided against it, sticking her hands gracefully into her pockets. That seemed too formal; she wasn't exactly one to follow those types of rules.
"I'm really glad I'm helping you though, you do seem a bit lost." A bit? More like loads, but Lexi figured that it was only going to make the boy shy if she admitted it. She didn't want him to withdraw; on the contrary, she found she wanted to know more about him, and was eager for the conversation to continue. By teasing him, it left the question of whether it would.
"But, what happened, if you don't mind me asking? You don't look so well..."

His eyes followed her gaze as she studied him but remained to watch and study her just the same. Her ways were interesting to him and he made no move to indicate how he felt about anything or her presence except that it was a good thing because he wanted to see what she was really like. In a way analysing as he always did and testing her while he was apologetic for being so critical and judgemental sometimes.
"nice to meet you too Lexi." When she pocketed her hands gracefully, he suddenly realised that it was the exact action he had nearly done and thought of how uncanny it was.
"yea and for that i should thank you, but i am way lost because i was here a moment ago with someone called Beviria, whom i had just met today but she had an outburst like she was really upset and left without another word. I don't understand it....but you really don't have to listen to that ramble of mine." Smiling more prominently and building back his confidence as his self awareness and overly conciousness began to die gradually, he tilted his head to the side as if he was the one inquiring things.
"no i don't mind you asking, or anyone asking for that matter....i don't even know what i'm going to do about it all. It was shocking and unlike anything i ever thought would happen...and here i thought i was overdramatic enough."
